Bharada E Faces Today's Decision Session: Trust God's Mixed Hand

JAKARTA - The defendant Richard totaling alias Bharada E will undergo a trial verdict or verdict in the premeditated murder case against Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J today.

Based on the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) website of the South Jakarta District Court, the Bharada E trial was held in turns in the main courtroom of Oemar Seno Adji which started at 09.30 WIB.

"It is true, the trial of the defendant RE with an agenda decision," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations official Djuyamto, Wednesday, February 15.

In this series of cases, Bharada E was named the executor of the shooting that took place at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, on July 8. He shot Brigadier J three to four times.

Bharada E admitted that he had to do the shooting. Because at that time he was under pressure by Ferdy Sambo.

On a different occasion, Bharada E's legal adviser, Ronny Talapessy, said that his client had not made any special preparations in the face of the trial reading the verdict.

His party fully handed over to the panel of judges in deciding fair sanctions for Bharada E. This is because the judge is the representative of God.

"All of us, family, and Ichad (Bharada E), as well as a team of legal advisors, we believe and leave it to God's intervention. We wish Ichad the best," said Ronny.

For information, in the previous trial, the public prosecutor (JPU) stated that Bharada E was proven to have violated Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. Thus, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
