YOGYAKARTA - The trial of the premeditated murder case against Brigadier J was held on Monday (13/2/2023). Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi will undergo a trial of the verdict at the South Jakarta District Court. There are a number of facts in the Sambo verdict trial.

The Ferdy Sambo verdict hearing was held under strict supervision. The South Jakarta Metro Police dispatched a team of the Police Mobile Brigadier (Brimob) at the trial. The Gegana team was prepared to anticipate things that were not desirable.

Before reading the verdict, the Panel of Judges expressed the points of consideration in determining the verdict. One of the points conveyed was the fact that there was no fact about sexual harassment by Brigadier J against Putri Candrawathi.

The Panel of Judges said that Ferdy Sambo admitted his mistake for not immediately taking a post-mortem on his wife to show evidence. In addition, the Panel of Judges also revealed that there was a meeting of minds from the defendants to get rid of the victim.

The Panel of Judges also revealed other legal facts regarding the murder of Brigadier J at Ferdy Sambo's official residence in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta, on July 8, 2022. The Panel of Judges outlined that Ferdy Sambo's statement asking Brigadier J to die.

This statement was made by Ferdy Sambo when he summoned Bharada Richard totaling at Saguling's house, Duren Tiga. Initially, the former irjen had confirmed to Bharada E regarding the news of Brigadier J's sexual harassment against Putri Candrawati while in Magelang.

"But, the witness (Bharada E) answered he didn't know," said Wahyu Iman Santoso when describing Ferdy Sambo's decision letter at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (13/2/2023).

Not long after, Putri Candrawati was still in the room where Ferdy Sambo and Bharada E were. To Bharada E, Sambo then told that he heard the news that his wife had been harassed by Brigadier J.

"Putri Candrawathi also cried at that time. Then, the defendant (Sambo) saw the witness and said that the victim was rude, did not respect the defendant," said Wahyu Iman Santoso.

The Panel of Judges explained the facts of the trial that Ferdy Sambo did not accept it when he heard the news of the abuse. According to Sambo, he feels it's useless to have a rank in the police if his family gets harassed. Hearing that, Bharada E's response was just unmoved.

"The witness was also immediately silent at that time, all wrong, afraid," said Wahyu Iman Santoso.

Sambo then changed his seat position. The former Head of the Propam Police Division felt very annoyed and angry to hear the news of sexual harassment that had happened to his wife. The judge revealed the fact that Sambo wanted Brigadier J to die.

"Then the defendant changed his sitting position and came forward a bit and told the witness that Nofriansyah's victim had to die, and the witness was silent," said Wahyu.

Sambo then asked Bharada E to become the executor who killed Brigadier J. Sambo to convey his reasons for not wanting to be the executor who killed Brigadier J for fear no one would back up his other aides.

"According to the defendant, the witness who killed the defendant would look after the witness, but if the defendant killed no one took care of us all," said Wahyu Iman Santoso.

Those are the facts of the trial for Ferdy Sambo's verdict, which was the last round of the trial of the murder case of Brigadier J. Ferdy Sambo, who admitted that he had committed wrong and regretted what he had done.
