MYD Detention Awaiting Gisel Inspection And Title Of Matters

JAKARTA - Polda Mertro Jaya opens the opportunity to arrest Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) for the case of a nasty video with Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel. However, that decision will be determined in the case title.

"Later a case will be held to determine whether (MYD) is detained or not," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, January 5.

For the title of the case, Yusri said, it would be carried out after investigators had completed the investigation of Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel. The plan, the examination will take place on Friday, January 8.

"Still waiting for sister GA (Gisella Anastasia) to be examined later, the results will be from sister GA as a suspect," said Yusri.

As previously, Gisel did not fulfill the summons for questioning on Monday, January 4. Gisel reasoned that there were other activities. Based on a letter sent by his lawyer, Gisel was picking up his daughter.

"Sister GA earlier had a letter submitted here, which concerned today could not attend. With the excuse of picking up her child who just returned from Bali," said Yusri.

For your information, in this case Gisel and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes alias MYD were charged under Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

The making of a nasty video between MYD and Gisel was carried out in 2017. At that time Gisel was still the legal wife of Gading Marten. Gisel and Gading married on September 14, 2013 in Bali. The two divorced in 2019.
