He explained that five sub-districts whose areas were affected by the river water rise are Marang, Petuk Bukit, Katimpun, Bukit Tunggal, and Palangka. "In those five sub-districts, the increase in Kahayan River water inundated roads. The increase in river water occurred over the last two days," he said.
