Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno Supports Full Music Market Festival At Gambir Expo

JAKARTA - Indonesian Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno supports the Music Market Festival which will be held from February 10 to 12.

"I give my appreciation to the organizers for the holding of the Music Market Festival at Gambir Expo. This music event is expected to encourage economic revival through the tourism sector and provide a multiplayer effect," Sandiaga Uno said in a press statement at the Music Market Festival, Thursday (2/2/2023).

Not to forget, Sandiaga Uno also expressed his support for local products from MSME actors who will later open a food stand at the festival.

"Not to forget, we must also be proud of the local products marketed by business actors and MSMEs. So that we can create the widest possible employment opportunities. Let's enjoy a series of local music events and hawker areas which are filled by MSME players at the Music Market Festival on February 10 to 12, 2023," said the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Meanwhile, the CEO of the Nugraha Artha Music Market Festival also expressed his gratitude for Sandiaga's support for next week's Music Market Festival. Nugraha hopes that MSMEs can also develop in these musical activities.

"Alhamdulillah, we have full support and appreciation. Especially from the Minister Sandiaga who can be seen on our social media as well. He expressed his full appreciation and support for the Music Market," said Nugraha.

"Because we are also not just a music event. But also raising MSMEs. Because in us there will also be MSMEs who will open stands in the music market. We hope that MSMEs can develop in music events," he added.

The Music Market Festival itself will start at 13.00 WIB and finish at 23.00 WIB. The normal ticket price for the three days of the Music Market Festival is priced at IDR 700.000.

This event is expected to be a place for local musicians and artists to present their works and tones in the unique nuances of the archipelago.

Held at Gambir Expo, Kemayoran, North Jakarta, this event featured a series of well-known musicians such as Dewa 19 featuring Virzha, Arsy Widiyanto, Kahitna, Yovie and Nuno, Dewi Persik, Fiersa Besari, Gigi, Kangen Band, Nadin Hamzah, Kunto Aji, Last Child, Letto, Jamrud, Maliq & D'Escentials, as well as Marcel Siahaan.

In addition, there are Padi Reborn, Rizky Febian, Rocket Rockers, The Changcuters, Tiara Andini, Type-X, Vierratale, Seringai, Shaggy Dog, forced Wee Gaskin, and a number of other artists.
