JAKARTA - The defendant Baiquni Wibowo emphasized that he was not the closest person or loyalist to Ferdy Sambo. Although, he served under his leadership, namely in the Propam Division unit. "I have a sincere intention to help investigators by providing a copy of the CCTV footage even though I have to fight my fear of going against the power of a Propam Kadiv. This is the fact that my family is humiliated because I have good intentions," continued Baiquni. Therefore, Baiquni asked the panel of judges to decide fairly. In this case, Baiquni Wibowo was charged with imprisonment for two years and a fine of Rp. 10 million. This is because his act of copying CCTV footage is considered to fulfill the elements of Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code.
