Minister Sandiaga Asks MSMEs To Be Digitally Literate, Can Kerek Many Job Fields

Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno seeks to improve the ability of creative economy actors through government assistance (Banper) in the form of creative space facilities for HRA Communities.

With this assistance, Sandiaga hopes to expand the reach of the target market for MSME players through digital marketing.

Some of the facilities distributed include laptops, surveillance cameras or CCTV, air conditioning, hot showcases, cold showcases, printers, projectors, and barcode lasers.

Not only that, Sandiaga Uno also revealed that Batur Sandi Uno volunteers would fill in a lot of training and assistance for marketing.

"There is also a podcast room that will help MSME players to print creative content because it has a positive impact on an increase in turnover of almost 65 percent," said Sandiaga Uno, Tuesday, January 31.

Sandiaga Uno further explained that MSME actors must be digitally literate. Because, said Sandiaga, 97 percent of them will create new business opportunities.

"In 2025 the economy will reach Rp150 billion, meaning it is a very large number. We want MSMEs to be digitally literate and training not only today but continues. The target is 4.4 million jobs in 2024 because 97 percent of MSMEs will create," explained Sandiaga Uno.

Meanwhile, Batur Chairman Sandi Uno Jakarta Sri Wulandari said government assistance through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy could support content needs for MSMEs. According to him, the assistance was proven to increase sales.

"The government's assistance in the creative space is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy so that it moves faster according to Pak Sandi gercep's direction, gaspol, and geber to be able to make podcasts for MSME products more advanced and sales more increased," said Wulan.

Wulan explained that Sandiaga is the right minister to run in the 2024 General Election. Because many programs initiated by Sandiaga can be felt by business actors to boost income.
