Denying Pleidoi Bharada E, Prosecutor: The Shooting Was Not Due To Pressure But Exposure

JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) assessed that Richard totaling alias Bharada E's camp had misinterpreted the psychological aspect of an abortion of criminal liability.

That reason, the prosecutor considered Bharada E legally and convincingly involved in the series of incidents of the murder of Yosua alias Brigadier J.

According to the prosecutor's team, Bharada E shot Brigadier J not out of fear or under the power of authority. Rather, because of his loyalty to Ferdy Sambo.

Therefore, the prosecutor asked the panel of judges to reject the plea submitted by the Bharada E camp. Moreover, the description does not have a solid juridical basis that can be used to invalidate the indictment.

Bharada E made a plea with the title 'Does the price of death Must Be Paid 12 Years in Prison?'

The title was chosen because of his honesty in the investigation process until the trial was instead demanding 12 years in prison.

In addition, Bharada E in his plea also expressed his frustration with Ferdy Sambo. This is because the former Head of Propam Division has entrusted him as the executor.

"I was used, lied to, and wasted," said Bharada E.

Ferdy Sambo is also considered not to appreciate it. In fact, it is considered an attack for the former Head of the Propam Division.
