JAKARTA SMD (27) is a suspect for the crime of killing a minor with the initials MA (1.9). The action carried out by SMD was fairly sadistic, he beat the tiny boy's body with bruises. Not only that, the small boy's thigh had bite marks.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Haris Kurniawan, explained that the victim's mother, with the initials VA (24), had an affair with SMD (27), a man who works as a wagon coachman.

"The perpetrators and the complainant know each other and have love for 2 months. They live in the same house without the status of the marriage bond," said Kompol Haris Kurniawan when confirmed by VOI, Friday, January 27.

Kompol Haris again explained that the incident occurred on Wednesday, January 25. VA, the victim's mother, was about to enter the room after washing but was locked from the inside by the SMD suspect. Then VA heard the victim's cry, VA immediately shouted asking SMD about his son's condition from outside the room.

"About 5 minutes later, the suspect opened the door, found the victim in a cupboard accompanied by yellow vomiting," he said.

The SMD suspect also dodged and said that VA's child had a cold. Then at around 00.00 WIB, VA had an argument with the suspect because there were bruises on the victim's body, the bite marks on the victim's right and left thighs.

Then, Thursday at around 03.00 WIB, VA was escorted by the suspect to his father's house in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Then in a seizure condition, the victim was taken to the hospital and the case was reported by the West Jakarta Metro Poles. However, the victim's life could not be saved, the victim died.

Furthermore, the West Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim arrested the suspect SMD. From his confession, the suspect had the heart to commit violence against the victim by hitting the victim's chest and stomach using ring stones 3 times until the victim fell into the bed and vomited.

"The perpetrator also bit the victim on the leg and dipped the victim's head into the bucket," he said. Based on police records, SMD turned out to be a criminal recidivist. The suspect was also recently released from prison.

"The perpetrator just got out of prison for a drug case," he explained.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 80 paragraph (3) UURI No. 35 of 2014 with amendments to UURI No.23 of 2002 Ttg Child Protection and or Article 44 paragraph (3) UURI No.23 of 2004 concerning PKDRT and or Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
