JAKARTA - The defendant Baiquni Wibowo was sentenced to two years in prison. The public prosecutor (JPU) assessed that his actions had been legally proven and convincingly obstructed the investigation or obstruction of justice of the death of Yosua alias Brigadier J. "Sentenced the defendant Baiquni Wibowo to imprisonment for two years," said the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Friday, January 27. The CCTV footage copied and deleted showed Brigadier J's condition was still alive when Ferdy Sambo arrived. "Imposing a fine to the defendant Baiquni Wibowo in the amount of Rp. 10 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison," said the prosecutor.
