A member of the Bripka rank with the initials SR from the West Manggarai Resort Police (Polres), received a blow and kick from the West Manggarai Police Chief AKBP Felli Hermanto. At first, SR received treatment at Siloam Labuan Bajo Hospital and the incident occurred at the Manggarai Barat Police Headquarters Guard Post. SR explained that West Manggarai Police Chief AKBP Felli Hermanto had ordered his aide to turn off the water beside the guard post. "At first I didn't know what the problem was. At first I didn't know if the water at the police chief's office was not flowing," said the victim. Now SR is getting treatment from the local hospital.
