Police Doubt Gisel's Confession About The Cellphone That Recorded The Perverted Video, Damaged And Missing

JAKARTA - Gisella Anastasia aka Gisel admits she recorded a nasty scene with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes on her cellphone, aka her personal cell phone. Gisel claims that the cellphone is damaged and missing.

"Earlier I told you that one cellphone was damaged and one cellphone was missing, the confession of the manager was lost, the damaged was entrusted to his nephew," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus, Wednesday, December 30.

In addition, to investigators, Gisel admitted that he forgot to record the nasty scene with which cellphone. Because, Gisel claimed to have two cellphones.

"His confession was that he was confused about an iPhone 7 or 8 cellphone," he said

However, investigators are doubtful about Gisel's statement. This is because Gisel's statement changed when he was examined. First Gisel said that the HP Iphone was lost, then it was damaged. For that, his party will explore this recognition.

As for Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, the male actor in the perverted video, Gisel was charged with the Pornography Law. Gisel and MYD were accused of Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Pornography Law regulates the prohibition of producing, making, reproducing, duplicating, disseminating, broadcasting, importing, exporting, offering, trading, renting, or providing pornography which explicitly contains:

1 intercourse, including sex that is deviant;

2 sexual violence;

3 masturbation or masturbation;

4 nudity or an impressive display of nudity;

5 genitals; or

6 child pornography

For their actions, Gisella Anatasia alias Gisel and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes face a maximum sentence of 12 years in prison.
