Ferdy Sambo's Underground Movement, Kompolnas: Loyalist Who Has Debt Budi

Daily Chairman of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Benny Mamoto suspects that the perpetrators of the underground movement so that Ferdy Sambo escapes the legal snares of the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier is his network. This is because Ferdy Sambo has loyalists who owe him a debt of gratitude.

"FS has a network and has loyalists, namely parties who feel debt of gratitude because they have been helped," said Benny Mamoto to VOI, Monday, January 23.

In fact, it is believed that Ferdy Sambo's legal action will not stop at the District Court level. However, it will continue until the reconsideration stage (PK).

Therefore, Benny said the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD had asked all parties, both the Prosecutor's Office and others, to remain independent in handling it.

"Mr. Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs remembers all parties to be vigilant and not be influenced by this underground movement," said Benny.

On the previous occasion, Mahfud MD said that there were parties who were involved in carrying out underground movements in the Ferdy Sambo case.

The goal is that they want Sambo to be released, while some want Sambo to be punished.

"Some say about the Brigadier General approaching A and B, Brigadier General who I told to tell me, later I have a lot of mayjens. If you have a mayjen who wants to press the court or the prosecutor's office, here I have a letter general. So just be independent," said Mahfud.

However, his party was able to secure this. The Prosecutor's Office was not affected by underground movements related to the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

"I make sure that the prosecutor's office is independent, it will not be influenced by underground movements," said Mahfud.
