JAMBI - SAR post Basarnas team Kerinci continued the search for a grandfather who on Saturday, January 21 was declared missing in a cinnamon plantation. Information on the disappearance of the grandfather was received by the Jambi Search and Rescue Office from the Head of Ambai Village over Kerinci Regency, Suherman. The chronology of the incident was on Wednesday, January 18 at around 07.00 WIB, the victim went to a cinnamon field. According to his family, the victim usually returned from the field at around 15.00 or 17.00 WIB. But until the evening the victim did not come home. Until the next day the family began to search and report the matter to the relevant agencies and the team is still searching. “ Furthermore, the Jambi Basarnas through the Kerinci SAR Post immediately conducted a joint search with a joint team in the field and for equipment carried, including rescue cars, trail motorbikes, mountain and forest rescue equipment, medical team, communication equipment and GPS,” said Kornelis.
