In Fact, Gibran And Jokowi Don't Know About The 2024 Mapping, PDIP Still Thinks It's Natural

Chairman of the PDIP Election Winning Body (Bappilu) Bambang Wuryanto or Bambang Pacul admitted that he did not know anything about the meeting between the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, and President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in Bogor who discussed the 2024 mapping. However, Pacul also did not mind if the two PDIP cadres discussed the 2024 political dynamics.

"Regarding what material was discussed, of course, we don't know. Please just go," Pacul told reporters, Friday, January 20. According to him, it is a natural thing for Gibran and Jokowi to discuss politics. Moreover, 2023 has entered the political year ahead of the 2024 General Election. "Yes, it's only natural that he and he will discuss the matter of politics in the future towards 2024," he said.

Moreover, said Pacul, Gibran and Jokowi have a working relationship as government officials, not only as children and fathers. "Mas Gibran, mayor, and Pak Jokowi, president, in addition to the relationship between father and son, there is also a working relationship between the head of government," explained Pacul.

Previously, Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka said he met President Jokowi after the Regional Head Coordination Meeting and Forkopimda in 2023 in Bogor.

Gibran admitted that his meeting with his father was not related to the blasphemy of Emha Ainun Najib or Cak Nun who likened Jokowi to Firilun. However, the two discussed the 2024 mapping.
