JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) believes that the defendant Richard totaling alias Bharada E was proven to have participated in a series of premeditated murder incidents against Yosua alias Brigadier J. Thus, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison. "Demanding to sentence Richard totaling to 12 years of reduced detention," said the prosecutor at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 18. In addition, there are also mitigating considerations. The prosecutor considers Bharada E to be a justice collaborator from the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). "The defendant is the defendant's witness who helped dismantle this case," said the prosecutor. Bharada E was charged with shooting Brigadier J with a GUARD-17 firearm three to four times. The shooting was carried out at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8. Then, before the shooting, Bharada E also participated in the planning.
