Police Determine Gisel And Male Actors In Perverted Videos As Suspects

JAKARTA - The police have named Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel as a suspect in the distribution of pornographic content. In addition, the police also named a man with the initials MYD as a suspect.

"The results of the title of the case we conducted yesterday afternoon have just finished. Raise the status of witnesses to the GA sisters and MYD brothers as suspects," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, December 29.

Yusri said MYD was a male figure who had sex with Gisel in the video. They committed immoral acts in a hotel in Medan, North Sumatra.

In this case they were charged with Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.

"(With threats) At least 6 months and a maximum of 12 years in prison," he said.

Investigators will schedule further examinations. In later examination, they have the status of suspects.

Previously it was reported, the police confirmed that the woman who was recorded on pornographic video content was Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel.

"Sister GA acknowledged and MYD admitted that it was what was in the video circulating on social media, it was herself," said Yusri.

Yusri said that the investigator in ensuring that the woman was the investigator did not only refer to Gisel's statement. Because from the results of the forensic examination, the woman was identical to Gisel.

"It is strengthened again by existing forensic experts and IT experts," he said.
