Golkar Yakin Ridwan Kamil Bisa Bring Suara Untuk Partai

JAKARTA - Chairman of Kosgoro 1957 Dave Laksono revealed that West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil joined the Golkar Party wing. He immediately assumed the position of advisor.

"By entering Kosgoro it is clear, his position is already in the big family of the Golkar Party," Dave told reporters in Jakarta, Friday, January 13.

Even so, Ridwan Kamil has not been officially announced as a cadre. Later, the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartarto, will convey it.

"It will be announced later," he said.

After joining the Golkar Party, Ridwan Kamil is expected to contribute. He is believed to be the best cadre who brings votes to the Golkar Party.

"Obviously, of course. He is one of the best cadres. We hope he will contribute," said Dave.

"We hope that he can continue to contribute to the country through Kosgoro and Golkar," he continued.

Previously, Golkar Party Chairman Airlangga Hartarto stated that Ridwan Kamil had joined Kosgoro. Meanwhile, to become a cadre of his party, it is only a matter of time.

"We are still waiting, we have entered Kosgoro, we just need to enter Golkar," said Airlangga when met at the Presidential Palace complex, Monday, December 19.

Airlangga explained that his party was still waiting for the official declaration of the former Mayor of Bandung as a Golkar cadre and his position in the 2024 election. "We'll just have to wait. The potential is there," he said.
