Dorrr! BS Alias Kadal The Perpetrator Killed Iqbal Sentana In Bandung Defends Police

Bandung City Police Criminal Investigation Unit personnel took firm action by shooting a man with the initials BS alias Kadal (29) in the legs. Kadal is a suspect in a murder case in the Riung Bandung area, Rancasari District, Bandung City, West Java. Bandung Police Chief Kombes Aswin Sipayung said the perpetrator tried to fight the officers when he was about to be arrested so he was paralyzed with a shot in the leg. The perpetrator fled after committing the murder and was arrested in the West Jakarta area. "The perpetrator carried out the persecution which resulted in the death of the victim Iqbal Sentana (23)," said Aswin when releasing the case at the Bandung Police Headquarters, Antara, Thursday, January 12. The act of persecution resulted in the death of the victim taking place on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Apart from residents' reports, the action was also known from the existence of video recordings circulating on social media regarding the discovery of the victim's body on the side of the road in the Riung Bandung area. According to Aswin, the suspect Kadal allegedly slashed the victim using sickles several times into the neck, back and waist. The victim died at the scene after being abused by the Capital. "At that time his body was immediately taken to the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Hospital for an autopsy," added Aswin. From a series of investigations, the perpetrator is indicated to be in Jakarta. The police then managed to apprehend Kadal while at a hotel in Mangga Besar, West Jakarta, Tuesday (10/1). Aswin could not explain the motive for the perpetrator's serious abuse. However, the victim wore a jacket from a motorcycle organization, namely XTC Indonesia. As a result of his actions, the suspect Kadal was charged with Article 351 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution which resulted in the victim's death or deliberately taking the life of another person with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
