Identification Of Forensic Victims Of Mutilation In Bekasi Through DNA Tests Of Parents And Children Victims

JAKARTA - The process of identifying the forensic at the National Police Hospital for the mutilation victim named Angela Hindriati alias Ati (54) was carried out through DNA examination from the victim's family.

"There was a DNA examination from the family. So the identification from the family DNA, from the parents and children of the victim. We asked for ante mortem data, we met and the body was identified," said Head of the Forensic Installation at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Dr Arief to VOI at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 11.

Although the identification process has been completed, until now Angela's body is still at the Police Hospital funeral home. The family will prepare Angela's body at the Police Hospital funeral home on Thursday, January 12 at 07.00 WIB.

The body of the late Angela will be held Mass at 10.00 WIB, then dispatched to the Kamoung Kandang TPU at 12.00 WIB.

Jodit, the victim's cousin, said the reason that the late Angela was buried at the Kampung Kandang TPU was because the victim loved her child very much.

"So Ati really loves her child and based on considerations for the family, also with her sister and sister, they are united with their child. So they are piled up together," said Jodit to VOI.

Previously, it was reported that Angela Hindriati's body, alias Ati (54), was a victim of mutilation found in two container boxes at a boarding house in the Bekasi area, still resides in the Forensic Installation of the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 11. The victim's body has not been brought by the family due to time constraints.
