After Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi's Death Was Examined As A Defendant For Brigadier J's Murder

JAKARTA - Putri Candrawathi will be questioned as a defendant in the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J today, Wednesday, January 11.

The examination was carried out a day after Ferdy Sambo underwent the same agenda and case.

"According to the schedule submitted by the panel of judges last week, today [Wednesday 11 January] Mrs. Putri will be present at the trial to provide information as a defendant," said Putri Candrawathi's legal adviser, Febri Diansyah when confirmed, Wednesday, January 11.

Based on the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court (PN), the trial for Putri Candrawathi will be held in the Main Room of Prof. H. Oemar Seno Adji, SH at 09.30 WIB.

Separately, South Jakarta Public Relations Officer Djuyamto said the trial with the agenda of examining Ferdy Sambo's wife would be held after the reading of the charges against the defendant Richard Karya alias Bharada E.

"The trial took turns, demands first," said Djuyamto.

For information, Putri Candrawathi is a defendant in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. She was charged with participating in the series of settlements.

Then, in the file of Putri Candrawathi's friends, it is said that they did not prevent her husband's plan and reported it to law enforcement officials. In fact, he was aware of the plans and killings of Brigadier J.

Thus, Putri Candrawathi is suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of (1) and is threatened with a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
