Bharada E Faced Prosecutors' Claims At The Murder Case Session Of Brigadier J Today

JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) will read out the charges for Richard totaling alias Bharada E today. Bharada E is one of the defendants in the alleged murder case of Yosua or Brigadier J.

"That's right (the agenda) demands are made," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto when confirmed, Wednesday, January 11.

Throughout the trial process until now, Bharada E has provided testimony as a witness and a defendant.

Some of the testimonies presented included the shooting planning carried out by Ferdy Sambo on the third floor of Saguling's house, on July 8.

Then, the former Head of Propam Division was also said to have asked him to fill the GUARD-17 firearm ammunition (senpi) until it hit an order from shooting Brigadier J.

The shooting of Brigadier J was carried out at Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

With this series of incidents, Bharada E was jointly charged with premeditated murder against Brigadier J with other defendants namely, Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

Thus, they are suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of (1) and are threatened with a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
