The Name Of The PDIP Presidential Candidate Has BEEN Pocketed By Megawati, Puan: Stay Diumumin, Don't Be Confused!

The PDI-P (PDIP) has pocketed the name of the presidential candidate (candidate) who will be carried in the 2024 presidential election. The name of the presidential candidate has been kept by the PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri.

PDIP DPP chairman Puan Maharani said the announcement regarding the leader to be carried by her party was still waiting for the right time.

"The general chairman already has a name in his pocket, he just needs to be announced," said Puan when speaking at Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for members of the PDIP DPRD throughout Indonesia in the Central Jakarta area, Monday, January 9.

Puan asked PDIP cadres not to worry. Everyone is reminded that it is better to go down to the people to win the party than to think about the candidates his party will carry.

Moreover, the chairman of the DPR RI reminded the PDIP cadres to be party officials. "You don't have to be confused, you have to be this one, I think this one, I think that one. The survey is high, yes, this one seems to match this one," he said.

"We party officials, our job is to win the party, not become political observers. We don't need to observe," continued Puan.

Furthermore, Puan also reminded PDIP that there are many cadres. "So it's impossible for us to have cadres to be nominated, just relax, relax," he said.
