The Construction Of Tembus Street Near Anies Baswedan's House Turned Out To Be Worked. Here's The Impact

Head of DKI Jakarta Highways Agency Hari Nugroho revealed that the construction of the road through Lebak Bulus I Street to Lebak Bulus III Street, West Cilandak Village, South Jakarta has begun.

The location of the through road in Lebak Bulus is adjacent to the private residence of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan. Anies' house is located on Jalan Lebak Bulus Dalam II which is not far from the road construction route.

Hari said that the construction of this new road had been started since mid-year ago, when Anies Baswedan was still serving as Governor of DKI Jakarta.

"The road through Lebak Bulus III has been carried out from June 2022 until now," Hari said in a short message, Friday, January 6.

Currently, heavy equipment has begun to be used. The rocks to make road foundations and concrete waterways are placed on the side of the road. However, asphalting has not been carried out because not all roads have been tidied up.

Hari admitted that there are still some areas of land on the road connecting section there that have not been completed by land acquisition.

"There are several roads that are not yet free," said Hari.

Some time ago, Hari said that the construction of the road through Jalan Lebak Bulus I to Jalan Lebak Bulus III was needed to organize and provide access to new roads. Because, there are often traffic jams there.

"The road through Lebak Bulus I to Lebal Bulus III is a series of arrangements at Fatmawati. Access to Lebak Bulus 1, 2, and 3, is very vital, so there is stagnation there. So we speed up there, the road penetrates," Hari said when contacted, Tuesday, August 2.

In working on this through road, the DKI Provincial Government must carry out land acquisition. This refers to the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/KBPN Number 19 of 2021 concerning Provisions for the Implementation of PP 19 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest.

It is estimated that the period of land acquisition is expected to be completed by approximately 502 working days or for 3 years according to the maximum time stipulated for location determination. However, Hari hopes that the period of construction can be completed by 2023.
