JAKARTA - The heroic action was shown by members of the Satlantas Polres Karawang when evacuating a passenger on the Harapan Jaya bus who fainted at KM 70,800 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, Sunday, January 1 afternoon.

"We immediately took the unconscious bus passenger to Siloam Hospital, Purwakarta," said Head of the Karawang Police Traffic Unit, AKP La Ode Habibi Ade Jama, in Karawang.

It is known that the incident began when Aiptu Jaya and Aiptu Ida Bagus Arko were carrying out a reverse flow security task on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.

At that time, the two members of the Karawang Police Satlantas found that a bus passenger had fainted at KM 70 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road in the Karawang area.

The two personnel on duty then immediately reported the incident to the head of the Karawang Police Traffic Unit.

Receiving the report, the Head of the Karawang Police Traffic Unit immediately instructed other members, namely the motorbike patrol unit, Aipda Deden Andi and Bripka Asep Saeful Anwar to escort on the way when evacuating bus passengers who fainted to the nearest hospital.

"The bus passenger who fainted was immediately taken to Siloam Hospital, Purwakarta, in order to immediately get media action," he said, Monday, January 2.

The bus passenger who fainted was named Suyati, a woman born in Magetan, August 12, 1957. Suyati is listed as a resident of Gebyog Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency, East Java.

According to Habibi, the heroic actions of its personnel are an effort by the Karawang Police in providing the best service to the community, in order to imitate Quick Wins Precision's attitude.
