"Meanwhile, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was also involved in the case," Era said when confirmed, Saturday, December 31.

Marjuki emphasized that the Tangerang Regency Kadin for the 2017-2022 period that had implemented the VII Headquarters on October 26, 2022, was legal.

"However, the Head of the Banten Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry stated that the Mukab VII never existed. It was stated in the Karateker Decree," he said.

According to him, the decision made by the Banten Chamber of Commerce and Industry is very clear and clear in violating the provisions of the Articles of Association / Bylaws (AD / ART).

"Therefore, we state that what the Banten Chamber of Commerce and Industry has done is an unlawful act. Moreover, we have made an appeal to the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry," he said.

However, he did not get an answer in the form of any letter or was summoned to sit down with Kadin Banten in resolving this issue.

Separately, the Deputy Chairman of the Banten Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hadi Mulyana, said he was reluctant to give a response regarding the lawsuit. "We can't comment on anything because we haven't got the material for the lawsuit," he said.

Meanwhile, Public Relations of the Tangerang District Court, Arif Budi Cahyono, confirmed the lawsuit with Case Number: 1350/Pdt.G/2022/PN Tngg.

"Yes, that's right, it has been registered and registered with Kadin's lawsuit," he said.
