JAKARTA - Koja Police, North Jakarta are hunting for a gang of jumping squirrels who were persecuted by four teenage boys. The perpetrators were desperate to carry out their actions while traffic on Jalan Raya Semper towards Pengangsaan Dua, Koja, was busy.

Based on amateur video footage, it was seen that three perpetrators got into the truck and took the items in it. Meanwhile, there was one person on guard downstairs to secure the stolen goods. Shortly thereafter the perpetrator fled without being noticed by the driver and truck driver.

Contacted separately, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police, AKP Yayan Heri Setiawan, said that the incident occurred on Wednesday, December 28.

"We have followed up on this information," said Yayan when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, December 29.

Yayan said that his party had pocketed the identities of the perpetrators and was now being chased by their members.

"Already knew the characteristics of the perpetrator, yesterday when he wanted to be arrested the perpetrator had identified the members and fled, we are still investigating the case," he concluded.
