JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) will read out the minutes of examination (BAP) of witnesses who were not present at the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J.

One of the witnesses is Seno Sukarto, Head of RT Polri Duren Tiga Jakarta Complex, location of Ferdy Sambo's official residence as well as the scene of the murder of Brigadier J

"Yes (reading the BAP, ed) one of them is the head of the RT," said a member of the Public Prosecutor's team, Paris Manalu when confirmed, Thursday, December 29.

Meanwhile, Seno Sukarto could not attend the trial because he was constrained by health. In addition, he is also old.

Then, based on the previous trial, Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santoso had mentioned that there were four or six witnesses whose statements would be read out.

"There are 4 people or 6 witnesses who will be read out," said Judge Wahyu at trial on Tuesday, December 27.

Then, he also gave legal counsel Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi the opportunity to show evidence.

"You just want to file evidence?" asked Judge Wahyu.

"Yes, Your Majesty," replied Ferdy Sambo-Putri Candrawati's legal adviser.

"Please, it's okay, we will accept it. So the prosecutor's brother on Thursday tomorrow the defendant's legal adviser will file evidence at trial," said Judge Wahyu.

Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi are defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J.

For Ferdy Sambo is said to be the person planning the murder. He ordered Bharada Richard totaling to shoot Brigadier J.

Meanwhile, Putri Candrawathi is said to have helped run Ferdy Sambo's plan. In addition, he also did not prevent the murder.

Thus, both of them were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. They face a maximum penalty of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
