The Bharada E Kubu Presents RKHUP Designers At The Murder Session Of Brigadier J Today

The defendant's camp Richard totaling alias Bharada E will present a criminal expert at the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J today, Wednesday, December 28.

The expert is one of the parties participating in compiling the Draft Criminal Code (RKUHP).

"The expert we will present is Albert Aries," said Bharada E's legal adviser, Ronny Talapessy in his statement, Wednesday, December 28.

According to him, the experts who will be presented at the trial will have an important role in the drafting of the RKUHP. Apart from being involved, Albert Aries is also referred to as a spokesperson in the drafting process.

Possibly, Albert Aries will reveal the elements of the article that were charged to Bharada E in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J.

"Ahli merupakan salah satu dari 11 orang pemhas RKUHP dan salah satu jubir dari RKUHP dan KUHP yang baru," kata Ronny.

Meanwhile, in the case of the death of Brigadier J, Bharada E acted as the executor. He shot with a GUARD-17 firearm.

The shooting was called on the orders of the former Head of the Propam Division, Ferdy Sambo, which took place at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

In addition, in this case there are also four other defendants. They are Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

They were all charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of death penalty, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
