Ferdy Sambo-Putri Candrawathi Presents Professor Of Andalas University At The Murder Session Of Brigadier J Today

The defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati will present criminal experts at the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J today.

Later, the expert will give his views to refute the indictment from the public prosecutor's team (JPU).

"Today we present criminal expert Elwi Danil who is a Professor of Criminal Law from Andalas University," Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi, Febri Diansyah, told VOI, Tuesday, December 27.

In the trial later, the witness a de charge will give all his views on criminal law science, especially regarding the articles charged against Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi.

"As stated in the commitment, experts will explain objectively according to the scientific field of criminal law to support the proof and search for truth in this case," said Febri.

Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi are defendants in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J.

For Ferdy Sambo, he was charged with planning an assassination and giving orders. He ordered Bharada Richard total to shoot Brigadier J.

Meanwhile, Putri Candrawathi was charged with helping carry out the murder plan. He is also said to have failed to prevent the implementation of the murder of Brigadier J.

Thus, both of them were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of death penalty, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
