For information, Irfan Widyanto is the winner of Adhi Makayasa who is suspected of being involved in destroying CCTV evidence at the investigation of the death of Brigadier J. He was accused of taking and replacing CCTV DVR from around the Ferdy Sambo official residence, precisely at the Police Complex security post, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta. Thus, Irfan Widyanto is suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or the second indictment of Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 221 paragraph (1) to 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
