CILACAP The 29-year-old man with the initials A was found dead hanging in his room. The victim's family, who knew about it, suddenly shouted that made his neighbor leave the house. The atmosphere turned tense, residents of Kedungbenda Village, Nusawungu District, Cilacap Regency, panicked.

Head of Public Relations of the Cilacap Police, Iptu Gatot Tri Hartanto, said that the victim was first found by his uncle hanging in his room on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. around 08.00 WIB.

The victim's uncle tried to help his nephew by removing the rope and lowering the victim because he was thought to be still alive. Then his uncle shouted for help from the residents, then jointly examined the victim who turned out to be dead.

The Nusawungu Police, who received the report, immediately rushed to the crime scene (TKP) to conduct an examination with the medical team of the Nusawungu 1 Health Center.

It was stated that there were no signs of abuse on the victim. The results of the identification team's examination showed that the victim took out manifold water, and there were traces of snares on the neck.

After a number of witnesses were examined, it was found that victim A had a mental disorder and was undergoing outpatient treatment at the Banyumas Hospital with a diagnosis of Skizophrenia or mental disorders.
