2 Suspects Again Set By The Jambi Police In The Corruption Case Of The Bungku Health Center

Jambi Regional Police has again named two suspects in the alleged corruption case in the construction of the Bungku Health Center, Bajubang District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi. Both of them have now been detained.

"The two identities of the suspects detained are ZF and RH, both members of the Bungku Health Center Development ULP Working Group," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Corruption at the Jambi Police, AKBP Ade Dirman in Jambi, Tuesday, December 20, confiscated by Antara.

Dirman said that in the near future, the Sub-Directorate III of Corruption Crimes (Tipikor) of the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the Jambi Police will transfer the files of the two suspects to the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office.

The total state loss in this case is IDR 6.3 billion from the development budget of IDR 7.3 billion.

He added that from the results of the Jambi Regional Police investigation, there was a flow of funds of Rp. 70 million to the Pokja Team, and according to the rules, the Pokja Team should not be won by the auction.

"His role as Pokja is what they shouldn't deserve. However, with their lobbying won as auction winners," he said.

The two suspects were charged with Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code with a minimum sentence of four years and a maximum of 20 years.

Meanwhile, with the detention of these two suspects, there are a total of seven suspects in this case. Five other suspects have previously been transferred and are currently in the process of being tried.

"For this case, the recommendation from ITB experts is to fail to build and the calculation from BPKP is a total loss," he said.
