Strengthen The Indictment Of Ferdy Sambo Cs, Prosecutors Present Criminal Experts And Apsifor Today

JAKARTA - The follow-up trial of the alleged murder of Brigadier J for the defendants Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf will be held today. The public prosecutor (JPU) will present two experts.

"Information is planned by two experts," said the legal adviser for the defendant Strong Ma'ruf, Irwan Irawan, when confirmed, Tuesday, December 20.

The expert who will be presented by the Public Prosecutor is a criminal law expert from Trisakti University, Effendy Saragih. Furthermore, psychologist and chairman of the Indonesian Forensic Psychology Association (Apsifor) Reni Kusumowardhani.

The two experts will later give their views according to their respective expertise. Thus, it can strengthen the charges against the defendants.

For information, Ferdy Sambo Putri Candrawathi, Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard totaling are defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J.

They were jointly involved in the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Ferdy Sambo is referred to as planning the murder at Saguling's house. Then, Putri Candrawathi, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf supported and helped the former Propam Kadiv.

Meanwhile, for Bharada Richard totaling as the shooter Brigadier J. The shooting was said to have been ordered by Ferdy Sambo.

Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
