All Defendants Of Murder Brigadier J WereUnited In Today's Trial, Except For Bharada E

JAKARTA - All defendants in the alleged murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J will be presented simultaneously at today's trial. Except, Richard totaling alias Bharada E will undergo trial online or online.

"I ask for the willingness of the defendant's legal adviser, we will join the trial for these five defendants," said Chief Justice Wahyu Iman Santoso during the trial, Tuesday, December 13, evening.

The defendants who were presented directly included Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

Meanwhile, Bharada E will be placed in a special room to undergo the follow-up trial. Separated, Bharada E because of the status of a justice capbolator (JC) from the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

"So the legal advisers of the five defendants will sit here and for the defendant Richard, we will separate him from zoom," said Judge Wahyu.

During the trial, the defendants will listen to the opinions or views of the experts presented by the public prosecutor (JPU).

At least five experts will be presented, namely, expert from the Adi Febrianto Forensic Laborature Center (Puslabfor), Siraju Umam Forensic Biology expert, DNA expert Vira Sania, ballistics expert Adi Sumirat, and Forensic Digital expert Heri Ferianto.

Meanwhile, Ferdy Sambo, Putri Canpdrawathi, Bharada Richard total E, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf were jointly charged with premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

Thus, in that case they were charged with violating Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
