SLEMAN - Sleman Regent, Yogyakarta Special Region Kustini Sri Purnomo stated that a number of junior high school students from Sleman who experienced mass dissolution while attending a study tour on the island of Bali on Monday, December 12 were currently being handled and conducive. "I have communicated with the Sleman Education Office, and confirmed that it is true that this incident was experienced by junior high school students from Sleman, namely SMP 2 Ngemplak and SMP 1 Cangkringan," said Kustini in Sleman, Antara, Tuesday, December 13. According to him, from the results of the coordination, information was obtained that the condition of students from the two schools was currently conducive and well. Currently, 1 Cangkringan State Junior High School students are on their way back to Sleman. Regarding the chronology of events, he continued, the relevant agencies together with the school will still investigate. Kustini also asked teachers and assistants to continue to keep students carrying out activities outside the school. "As much as possible, teachers and assistants are closely monitoring the activities of their students when traveling outside the region. Monitored and don't let anything be missed," he said. He said, students must always be able to take care of themselves and if they are tired they can rest enough. "Given that a study tour is carried out by road and long trips can make children tired," he said.
