JAKARTA - A woman with the initials DL (18) from Bogor had the heart to throw a baby boy in a trash can on the ground floor of the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal, Cakung District, East Jakarta. The perpetrator's lecherous actions were caught on CCTV cameras.

Based on the information gathered, the perpetrator DL deliberately gave birth to his baby in the toilet of the bus terminal. After giving birth, he actually had the heart to throw away his own baby of blood.

Based on CCTV camera footage, a woman can be seen in the Pulogebang Terminal area. The perpetrator walked back and forth to find a place to throw the baby away.

After finding a trash can in the bus departure area, the woman returned to the toilet to take the newborn.

The perpetrator carried the baby in a red jacket and walked to the top floor. The perpetrator slowly threw away the newborn baby.

The discovery of the baby was initially known by witnesses with the initials MT and AF. Previously, witness MT thought there was a cat's voice from a trash can.

However, after searching for the source of the vote, the witness was shocked when he saw a poor baby in the trash. The witness was then reported to the Cakung Police.

Furthermore, not long after, the perpetrator was finally arrested by a member of the Cakung Police who was pursuing the perpetrator.

Cakung Police Chief Kompol Syarifah Chaira confirmed the arrest of the perpetrator who threw the baby away.

Meanwhile, the motive for throwing away the baby was allegedly because he was unable to raise the child in a squeezed economic condition.

"When found at the crime scene, the baby was still alive and wrapped in the umbilical cord," he said, Tuesday, December 6.

For further processing, the perpetrator was secured to the PPA unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police. Meanwhile, the baby was taken to the nearest hospital for medical treatment.
