Tomorrow, Bharada E, Bripka RR, And Strong Ma'ruf Will Be Faced By Putri Candrawathi

JAKARTA - The trial of the alleged murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendants Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf will be held on Wednesday, December 7.

Later, the three defendants will be faced with Putri Candrawati.

"Yes, that's right (the trial will continue tomorrow, ed)," said Bharada E's legal adviser, Ronny Talapessy to VOI, Tuesday, December 6.

Putri Candrawathi was presented as a witness for the three defendants. Ferdy Sambo's wife will provide information about the murder of Brigadier J.

However, Ronny did not elaborate further when asked about the points to be investigated by Putri Candrawathi. Including the question of alleged sexual harassment.

Originally, the three defendants had been confronted by each other. Each of them was used as a witness to provide information.

Bharada E, Bripka RR, and Strong Ma'ruf are defendants in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. They were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plan.

Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
