Police officers have arrested two suspects in the case of destroying the Electric Power Transmission Channel (SUTT) tower belonging to PT. PLN in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The perpetrator's action almost caused the local area to experience a mass power outage.
Wadirkrimum Polda South Sumatra AKBP Tulus Sinaga said the two suspects had the initials NE alias Vicen (30) and R (35), residents of Tanjung Terang Village, Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim.
The suspects were arrested during an ambush operation by the joint team of the Sub-Directorate III of the South Sumatra Police and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Muara Enim Police, at their respective homes on Thursday, December 1.
