JAKARTA - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo continues to strive to build State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to be professional, with integrity, and competent. He considered that element is important to face global challenges and competitions in the future.

One of the real steps that Ganjar took was to apply current and futuristic training education (diklat) called ASN Corporate University.

The ASN Corpu implemented by Ganjar is known to have succeeded in bringing Central Java BPSDMD to Champion I for three consecutive years, namely in 2017, 2018 and 2019, as the best local government institution in conducting basic CPNS leadership training and training.

ASN Corpu is a dilat model from the conventional ASN development paradigm, towards ASN in the disruptive era.

The innovation proportion of Central Java training includes 70 percent of experience learning (tour of area), 20 percent of social learning (training and mentoring), and 10 percent of formal learning with face-to-face workshops and webinars.

The reason is, after attending the seminar, he can pick many lessons. Among other things, the thicker the faith of an ASN according to the first precepts of Pancasila, then erodes the attitude of egoism, learns to respect other people's opinions, and does not discriminate between coworkers based on ethnicity and race.

He appreciated all forms of training by the Provincial Government through BPSDMD. "Each program that is held is very relevant, to strengthen the integrity of an ASN. In my opinion, this is a strategic effort to encourage ASN to implement the core values of ASN that are AKHLAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative)," said Rifai, when contacted.

The same thing was conveyed by Amalia Setyaningrum, from SKMN H Moendi Ungaran. He said, according to Ganjar's expectations, people need apparatus who are proud to serve easily, quickly, and cheaply.

According to him, in general there are two types of contemporary and futuristic training activities as needed, namely Regular Learning and Massive Learning. Regular learning includes Supervisory Leadership Training and Leadership Training.

As for massive learning, including community of practice, podcasts, mentoring and coaching programs. In addition, there is a Local Government Leadership Training training, with the theme Implementation of the Merit System and the Cadre School.

"In massive learning, the provincial government also holds webinar series such as Pancasila character education, anti-corruption education, simplification of bureaucracy," he said.

One of the trainings that continues to be intensified is strengthening the integrity and anti-corruption education that starts in schools. This activity was attended by 1,000 teachers and school principals.

He said the training was aimed at building understanding and commitment with the principals of high schools, vocational schools and state and private schools, so that schools could create schools with integrity and produce anti-corruption students.

In the webinar, he said, Ganjar emphasized how Central Java cultivates anti-corruption, namely by digitizing the system, mapping surveys prone to corruption, mitigating corruption, community involvement, providing examples, and a massive anti-corruption education curriculum.

Anti-corruption reasons are, creating a good reputation, growing a good culture, growing human resources with good ethics, and having the potential to improve work.

Central Java's steps in anti-corruption culture have received appreciation from the Deputy for Education and Community Participation of the KPK, Wawan Wardiana. He hopes that the regulation on the implementation of anti-corruption education can be applied at all levels of school in Central Java.
