Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka RR And Bharada E Will Road Today's Confronting Session

Three defendants in the alleged murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J will be confronted with their statements during today's trial, Wednesday, November 30.

The defendants who will undergo the confrontation trial are Strong Ma'ruf, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR, and Richard totaling alias Bharada E.

"The trial agenda for witness statements, the defendants KM and RR are witnesses for the case of defendant Bharada E," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Djuyamto when confirmed, Wednesday, November 30.

Then, in the future the defendant Bharada E will also be a witness. He will give information for Strong Ma'ruf and Bripka Ricky Rizal.

"The testimony of witness bharada E is for the cases of defendants KM and RR," he said.

However, the mechanism for the trial will be determined by the panel of judges.

"Technically, the panel of judges will decide later," said Djiyanto.

In this case, Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka Ricky Rizal alias RR, and Bharada Richard totaling is a defendant in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J. They did not help with the plan made by Ferdy Sambo.

In this case, Strong Ma'ruf was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
