JAKARTA - Former Deputy Head of Paminal Bureau Propam Polri Arif Rahman Arifin said he was asked to delete all documentation for the handling of the Nopriannsyah murder case Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. Including, photos from the post-mortem to the coffin. The figure who asked him to delete all the documentation was Kombes Susanto Haris. He is the Head of the Gakkum Provost Division of the Police Propam Division. The testimony began when Arif Rahman said he had reported to Ferdy Sambo about the autopsy process which was almost finished at that time. Then, in that communication, he was also asked to find a coffin. "I looked for it at the hospital, I reported several. Then Kombes Agus (Nurpatra, ed) said I was looking for the best ready that night," Arif said during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, November 28. After the autopsy process was completed and Brigadier J's body had been put into the coffin, Arif also reported it to Agus Nurpatra. The report provided is in the form of a photo of the autopsy results from a forensic doctor. "After the autopsy the body went into the coffin, I sent a temporary report from the forensic doctor received by the investigator. I had a photo, I sent it to Kombes Agus," he said. Hearing this testimony, the judge then questioned what had been documented. Arif also answered one of the coffins. "Besides the results of the post-mortem, what else?" asked the judge. "The photo of the coffin, the others have been documented by themselves," said Arif. Then, the judge began to question about Kombes Susanto's order to delete all the documentation. "When did Susanto order you to delete all the documentation?" asked the judge. "After the autopsy," replied Arif. "So he was conveyed so that the documentation was sent to him all of them so that one door. However, Arif stated that he did not know the reason behind the order to delete. He only followed all of his senior directions. Arif Rahman Arifin was presented as a witness in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf, Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard totaling. They were jointly charged with being involved in the murder of Brigadier J. They are considered to support Ferdy Sambo's plans. Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
