South Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General Albertus R Wibowo, said that the Labfor team personnel had been sent a few moments after receiving information about the shooting incident in OKI Regency.

The Labfor team was sent with personnel from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate, namely Sub-Directorate III of Crime and Violence (Jatanras).

The police personnel who were deployed were assigned to process the crime scene (TKP), the results of which could strengthen the investigation process, reported on Saturday, November 26.

"It is known that the location is difficult, but the Dirreskrimum and the Head of Labfor have sent personnel to process the crime scene," he said while expecting the shooter to be arrested immediately considering the murder using a firearm.

Information from the police reported that a truck driver named Edi Musanto (38) was found shot dead by an unknown person, Saturday at around 12.25 WIB.

The victim was found dead by residents when he passed through Sungai Ceper Darat Village or headed to PT. LK, Sungai Wins District, OKI Regency.

In this incident, the police reported that the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim's body was evacuated by Babinkamtibmas personnel from the Sungai Wins Police, namely by road trip for approximately 3.5 hours.
