Transjakarta Bus Employee Producers TURNed Out To Be Residivists, Action When Joining On The Road

JAKARTA - AR, the main suspect in the stabbing of a Transjakarta bus employee, is still being investigated by the East Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim. The police confiscated evidence of a sharp weapon of the type of badik belonging to the AR perpetrator who had been dumped in the Ranco area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

"The recidivist suspect too. The main suspect is alone with the initials AR," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Budi Sartono to reporters, Thursday, November 24.

Currently, the friend of the perpetrator AR is still a witness and is still deepening the investigation team. From the suspect's hands, the police confiscated evidence of cellphones, clothes and motorbikes.

"His friend is a witness. Because at that time his friend was only being picked up, we only made him a witness," he said.

In order to account for his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 338 junto 351 of the Criminal Code concerning murder and persecution with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

"The suspect was charged with Article 338 junto Article 351 of the Criminal Code," he said.

The police chief said that at the time of the incident the suspect was drunk and an argument broke out between the perpetrator and the victim.

"Because the suspect was drunk after drinking, he immediately stabbed the victim with a badik weapon. Then the suspect fled," he said.

The incident occurred when the victim came home from work on Tuesday night, November 22.

Previously, the Ciracas Police managed to arrest two perpetrators of the stabbing of Randi Pramono (30) a Transjakarta employee who was stabbed to death by an unknown person on Jalan Raya Bogor KM 26, Ciracas District, East Jakarta.
