The B-1B Bomber Teamed Up With The F-35A And The F-16 Alert To Face North Korean Missiles

JAKARTA - The pressure in Korea is increasing. The joint US-South Korean exercise was met with the launch of ballistic missiles. The US and South Korea responded by including a terrible aircraft.

The US (B-1B) strategic bomber, was deployed back to the Korean Peninsula. The aircraft joined the ROK-US air training, quoted from Yonhap News, Saturday, November 19.

The Republic of Korea and the United States are again conducting joint air training events by including a US Air Force B-1B strategic bomber resisted on the Korean Peninsula today.

In this joint ROK-AS air training, the South Korean Air Force F-35A and US Air Force F-16 escorted the US B-1B strategic bomber entering the Korea Air Defense Identification Zone.

This training once again demonstrates the combined ability and defense posture of ROK-US based on the strength of the extraordinary alliance. This includes a form of the US's strong commitment to providing extended deterrence in the Korean Peninsula's defense.

In addition, this training increases the ability of joint operations by mastering procedures to immediately deploy additional US deterrence assets on the Korean Peninsula and responds.

The ROK military will continue to enhance its combined operational capabilities to respond to enemy provocations in a state of emergency while tracking and monitoring related activities through close coordination between ROK and US.

According to the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), the supersonic bomber carried out a surprise attack on South Korea's air defense identification zone (KADIZ) escorted by South Korean F-35A jets and US F-16 fighter aircraft.

On Friday, North Korea fired the Hwasong-17 ICBM, which is known to carry many warheads and has a range of about 15,000 kilometers, long enough to cover the entire US mainland.

"Through this exercise, we once again show the combined military capacity of the South Korean-US alliance and Washington's commitment to protecting the Korean Peninsula and providing wider prevention," the JCS said.
