The Mobile Investigation Team of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Resmob Satreskrim) of the Blora Police, Central Java, arrested two men suspected of being perpetrators of violent theft, (Curras).

The two suspects who were arrested were K, (28) a resident of Tunjungan Subdistrict, Blora Regency and MAF, (29) a resident of Rembang sub-district, Rembang Regency.

Blora Police Chief AKBP Fahrurozi through Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Supriyono revealed that the incident occurred on Jalan Seso Sayuran, Tanah Dukuh Angkruk, Jatirejo Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency, Wednesday, November 16, at around 07.30 WIB.

The victim or reporter Dwi Cahyani Lufitasari, (18), a resident of Kemiri village, Jepon sub-district, who works as a teacher at MI Darussalam, Bacem village, Jepon sub-district.

"The victim left the house to MI Darussalam Bacem to teach, riding his motorbike. Arriving at the bridge, Gedangdowo village, Jepon sub-district, a man stopped the victim and said that the perpetrator's wife wanted to give birth in Tempuran Village, then with the excuse that the trip was fast so the perpetrator asked the perpetrator to drive and the victim was carried by the perpetrator until he arrived at the Jatirejo Village Angkruk Hamlet," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Thursday, November 17.

On the way, the victim was suspicious, then the perpetrator pretended to call someone. The perpetrator turned the motorbike and then stopped. After that the victim was told to get off for a while then the perpetrator immediately pulled the gas on the motorbike and immediately the victim tried to defend the motorcycle by holding the back but because the motorcycle was speeding so that the victim fell and was dragged to about 10 meters.

"Finally, the motorcycle was carried by the perpetrator and the victim suffered abrasions on his left hand, abrasions on his stomach, abrasions on his right knee, which the victim then conducted an examination at the Jepon Health Center and reported it to the Jepon Police," continued the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.

Receiving the report, the Blora Police Satreskrim immediately moved quickly and conducted an investigation, until finally managed to secure the two perpetrators. The perpetrators were detained in Rembang Regency and in the Blora area.

In addition to securing the perpetrators, the officers also secured evidence in the form of a black Honda SupraX 125 motorcycle Nopol K-3901-KY along with the STNK, and an Oppo A9 mobile phone unit. The total loss of victims is around 13 million rupiah.

To account for his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit advised the public not to easily believe in unknown foreigners, because the current mode of crime continues to grow and the public is asked to always be vigilant.

"We must remain careful and vigilant, today there are many modes of perpetrators of crime," he concluded.
