The Judge's Decision Is Considered Unfair, The Prosecutor Will Destroy The Appeals For Indra Kenz's Verdict

TANGERANG - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) defendant Indra Kusuma alias Indra Kenz decided to file an appeal. The head of the South Tangerang District Attorney's Office (Tangsel), Silpia Rosalina, confirmed the news.

As the Deed of Appeal Request Number: 70/Akta.Pid/2022/PN Tng Jo 1240/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Tng, which was signed by primayuda Yutama, SH as Public Prosecutor and Martin Turup, SH, MH as Acting Registrar of the Tangerang District Court Class IA Special.

"The Public Prosecutor at the South Tangerang District Attorney has appealed the case of Indra Kesuma alias Indra Kenz," said Silpia in a written statement, Wednesday, November 16.

Silpia explained the reason for filing an appeal, because the judge's decision did not reflect the sense of justice that arose in society

"The judge's decision is not in accordance with the demands of the Public Prosecutor and does not reflect the sense of justice that arises in society," he wrote

Previously reported by Indra Kenz, the defendant in the crime of money laundering (TPPU) and Binomo's fraudulent investment, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 5 billion. Not only that, Indra Kenz's confiscated assets were taken by the state.
