JAKARTA - A total of 5 students who wanted to fight were arrested by the West Jakarta Metro Police Precise Pioneer Patrol Team on Jalan Daan Mogot, Jembatan Amburan, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

"The perpetrators were taken to the Cengkareng Police for further investigation," said West Jakarta Metro Police Head of Samapta Kompol Arief Budiharso when confirmed, Tuesday, November 15.

Officers also confiscated several sharp weapons and blunt weapons used for brawls.

"From the hands of the five students who were secured, 2 golf sticks were confiscated, 1 iron handle was similar to a sickle and 1 iron ruler," he said.

Kompol Arief Budiharso explained that the five perpetrators could be arrested before the brawl occurred. So, before the victim fell, the police managed to prevent it.

"The speed with which members of the precision pioneering patrol team move deserves appreciation," he said.

Kompol Arief said that if the brawl occurred, it could result in a brawl that would cause casualties or injuries.

"Preventions can be carried out quickly. Currently, the investigation process is handed over to the Cengkareng Police," he said.
