Indra Kenz's Audit Session Was Held Today At The Tangerang District Court

TANGERANG - The Tangerang District Court (PN) has again held a trial in the money laundering case (TPPU) and online trading mode fraud Binary Option (Binomo) with the defendant Indra Kusuma Alis Indra Kenz. This trial was held with an agenda for reading the verdict.

Public Relations of the Tangerang District Court, Arif Budi Cahyono, confirmed that the trial will be held today, Monday, November 14. However, regarding the time, he did not know any further.

"Yes, it is true that the day of the trial, Indra Kenz, read the verdict. The time is waiting from the Public Prosecutor," said Arif when confirmed, Monday, November 14.

Arif explained that the trial would be held as usual, namely online for the defendant Indra Kenz.

"It's true that the trial is online," he concluded.

It is known that Indra Kenz's trial was previously postponed by the Tangerang District Court. This happened because of certain problems.

"It can't be read yet, because something must be fulfilled. For this reason, the trial was postponed to November 14, 2022," said the Chief Judge in the Tangerang District Court Main Session Room, Friday, October 28.

For information, Indra Kenz was charged by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) with the criminal act of money laundering (TPPU) and online trading mode fraud Binary Option (Binomo) with a prison sentence of 15 years.

Not only that, Indra Kenz was also asked to compensate Rp 10 billion, if he did not pay, he was replaced with 12 months in prison.

This is regulated in Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) of Law number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions.

Previously, Indra Kenz's trial was postponed by the Tangerang District Court. This happened because of certain problems.
