Success In The G20 Summit, Balinese People Asked To Act At Home Only

JAKARTA - The National Police call on the Balinese people to carry out teaching and learning activities and work at home.

This was done in the context of the success of holding the G20 Summit in Bali.

Head of the Public Relations Division of the Bali Police, Kombes Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto, said the Governor of Bali had issued Circular (SE) No 35425/Secret/2022 dated October 25, 2022 regarding the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in the holding of the G20 Presidency in November 2022.

"We are advised to carry out online school activities. Both activities are carried out teaching and working at home. Except for those who work in hotels and G20 activities, they continue to carry out their duties. This is to reduce community activities at the location of the G20 Summit," said Kombes Satake, Sunday, November 13.

Satake said, from November 14 to 17, 2022, there will be restrictions on activities that include education, government and private offices, traditional ceremonies, religious activities, including health facilities.

"The Bali Police will conduct socialization. Then they will monitor its implementation by carrying out patrols in locations that must be closed," he said.

He asked the public to always support the implementation of the G20 Summit.

"We urge the public to support the implementation of the G20 Summit and if later the delegation is through, please understand if there is a closure and diversion," he said.
